On Saturday, February 12, 2022, employees from our traffic and warehouse departments participated in a hazardous materials (hazmat) training at our office in Laredo, TX.
The training was provided by Mr. Hector Hi with EHS-HiSolutions.
Topics that were covered during the training included:
• What to do when you come in contact with any chemical
• What to do when there is a chemical spill
• How to create a correct hazmat bill of lading
• Which products can be loaded together, which products have restrictions and which products cannot be loaded together
The training was excellent, extremely informative, and hands-on. Upon completion all our employees who attended, received a hazmat certification.
